Pre-Construction and Estimating
With our experienced draftsman/designer* We are able to take your ideas and put them on paper. We take time to sit with you and listen to what you want in your space, we measure your space to make sure what you want will work in the given area. We produce a few optional layouts for your project and review them with the client. Changes can be made to get the space just right, in order to get the final desired layout. Then we take that layout and draft up a set of construction approved plans in order to build off of.
*A draftsperson, or a drafter, is a skilled professional who produces technical drawings based on the designs discussed with the client and the other members of the design team.
