We lean into experience when it comes to guiding you through the process of obtaining your dream.

As a small family-owned company, we pay close attention to every detail and treat every project as if it were being done in our own home. You can trust that we honor the commitments we make for every home we build.

Our promise to you is that we will earn your confidence each and every day by understanding your goals, protecting your investment, and operating with your best interests in mind.

Knutson Custom Construction started in 2003 with one thing in mind…being the best in what we do and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Step 1 - Discovery

Meet with Knutson team to discuss project, ideas, wants and needs.

Step 2 - Research

Knutson proposes optional solutions that best fits clients needs.

Step 3 - Design

Client works with Knutson team to create the ideal spacing and layout to create the perfect dream space.

Step 4 - Estimate & Contract

Once a final design is chosen, an estimate will be created which will include all labor and materials to complete the job. With an approved estimate, a contract is sent. Once contract is approved and signed…work can begin!

Step 5 - Construction

With a contract signed and a down payment made, materials can be ordered and the project can get underway. Throughout the project our team will be there for question, concerns, etc to ensure the end result is exactly what the client hoped for.

Step 6 - Walk-through & Warranty

Once project is complete, we do one final walk through to make sure we have not missed anything and everything is working the way it should. Once we sign off on the walk through, the project is complete. We as a company offer warranties for our work as well (which are listed out in our contracts)

Reimagine your space.
