When someone you love is in a wheelchair, it is so important to have a bathroom that is accessible for that person. We had the pleasure of assisting a couple to make their bathroom wheelchair accessible. We partnered with the clients to make sure that each piece of this bathroom was user friendly for everyone that would be using it. The countertops are all set to the appropriate height, the tub is low enough to roll up next to it and get it. The “walk” in shower was made curb-less so a wheelchair could roll right into it. The challenge of this bathroom, also made it the greatest reward of doing this project.
