A couple in Duluth came to Knutson Custom Construction to remodel the inside of their dream home. This home was on the perfect piece of property for them…they love it, but the inside needed some TLC. These home owners had a vision for their new home and Knutson was able to make that vision a reality. The entire first floor was refinished, knocking down walls and taking out old chimneys to create an open floor plan. A stunning kitchen replaced the old dark one and the entire first floor carpet was ripped out and replaced with beautiful vinyl LVT planking. The once office was turned into a cozy master suite with a view. The end result is a happy couple with a beautiful new home…
