The saying goes “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”, but in this case, please do! We had the privilege of refacing the Landings down on Park Point and taking it from drab to dramatic! The wood tone of the Fiberon Cladding and decking mixed with the black metal DLS siding adds dimension and visual interest to the entire building. The building that once blended in to its surroundings, is now a stand out among all those around it down on park point. The chose of materials will make it easy to maintain this fresh look for many years to come.
