SLEEK MODERN KITCHEN IN CONGDON AREA OF DULUTH

Drab to fab is what happened in this Congdon area home’s kitchen. The original kitchen was a typical 1990s style kitchen with lighter countertops and Formica countertops.  The kitchen functioned but was not the style of the home owners. They had a vision for their new kitchen and they knew that Knutson Custom Construction could execute the picture in their minds.

The kitchen was completed gutted and remodeled including taking out a window, blowing out the wall to include floor to ceiling glass sliding doors out to the deck. The mixture of cabinet fronts gives the kitchen more depth, while the beautiful marble countertop on the island adds visual interest and sophistication. The white subway tiles on the wall as well as the wood floor extending from the kitchen and throughout the first floor of the house, gives this a more open floor concept feel. The stainless steel appliances, custom crafted lights, and Loll stools add to the modern sleekness of the kitchen.

Knutson Custom Construction expertise, craftsmanship and professionalism created an overall finished product that is breathtakingly beautiful; a full transformation from dull to bright, crisp and modern.
