Living down on park point, what a view to wake up to each morning! We had the pleasure of experiencing this when we remodeled a client’s condo. We re-did the master bathroom, added some paint to the bedroom, added a guest bath and re-worked the laundry room. The result is stunning.

The remodel features a coastal color palette to honor the beautiful lake superior and embraces the user with spa inspired tranquility. The bathroom boasts high tech amenities such as a fog free mirror in the shower, digital shower valve that control a rain-shower with options for chromatherapy as well as a steam bath. There is a deep freestanding slipper tub for soaking your cares away. Recessed medicine cabinet with integrated lighting allows for a very modern appearance. Tile was used to add texture while maintaining a soft finish as well as a horizontal grain walnut cabinet offers warmth.

The addition of a powder room for guests which features wallpaper that mimics the movement of the lake. The perforated pendant light offers an interesting texture to be displayed on the walls. Harmony was created by repeating some of the finishes from the owner’s bathroom.
