The home owners were not in love with the house the way it stood, but the location was perfect. So they asked Andrew to come in and make the home theirs.

Andrew put together a team to make the couples dreams a reality for their new home. The home owners played an integral part throughout the entire process.

The main structural components from the front of the house were removed and replaced with timber framing. The home owners worked with Brian Timm from Floor To Ceiling in Duluth to design their kitchen and Knutson carried out that design.

Every detail was looked at and addressed to make this house turn from ordinary to extraordinary. The homeowners are thrilled with the results and truly feel that this is now ‘home’.
